About the «Iskorka»
In 1989, parents of children with cancer united to do everything possible for the recovery of their children, in order to draw the attention of the public and authorities to the problems of treating children with cancer. In 2001, the Chelyabinsk regional charitable public movement to help children with cancer “Iskorka” (Charity Movement “Iskorka”) was officially registered.
